BIO

Music has the power to transport us to another time and place. James Morrison AKA Gandalf Mornington loves to harness that power with a broad audience of fellow music lovers and passionate musicians alike. I played guitar and sang through college and grad school but then stopped due to work and life issues. In 2007 we decided that I needed a good hobby to get me away from the stress of work and bought a new guitar. Since then I have worked on playing and singing through a combination of lessons and and online shows in Second Life. This has led me to writing, collaborations and real life gigs. I started writing songs in 2011 and have found a co-writer Duskyrose, with whom I have written 6 songs and hope to write more. Check out my schedule and come have a listen!!
